Have used the Dallas Hwy location of Service Street for a couple of years, most recently 1/15/15. The guys are very efficient and polite. There has been no pressure to purchase additional services. I have had no problems with the work they have done, on two different cars. I'm a satisfied customer!

Excellent service! This shop has sent their courier vehicle to my home within minutes of my request on at least two occasions over the years to jump my car when its battery died. This last time, they replaced the dead battery free of charge. I will continue to bring my car here for service as needed even though I have a fully paid maintenance plan from my original car dealership. Keep up the good work!

I've been going to Service Street Snellville for over 2 years and every time I go it is a hassle-free experience. I'm never pressured for additional services. They have made suggestions/recommendations but it was always presented as information not "need to get more sales". As a working professional in Gwinnett County I appreciate that they are open until 7:00 pm 6 days a week.

My Beetle was making an extremely loud strange noise (I wear hearing aids so if I heard it, I know it was LOUD). Hubby was at work, I was on my own. Dropped it off and got a very nice ride home while repairs were done. Also got picked up to bring my car back home. I appreciate the service and quick repair. Thank you!

Great staff great service

Brought my 2005 Beetle for oil change. Had to buy new oil pan. Got home with a small leak, brought it back and had to get oil filter tightened. Still leaked. Brought it back, found out oil pan was not sealed very well from factory. The guys fixed it with no charge, and were concerned with making sure the repair was right. I appreciate the great attitude and patience while trying to figure this out. Will be back for more service when needed!
