Excellent customer service. I had my first experience with Service Street a week before Christmas. I needed serious repairs on my car that i just could not afford at the time. My tech's name was Josh. Josh was very kind and explained in detail the importance of the work that I needed for my vehicle. I didn't feel taken advantage of or pressured in any way. Although I could not get the recommended services, the staff was very courteous. They were even kind enough to give me a ride back to my job because I was not able to drive my car. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to these guys in the near future
Service was fast and customer service very good. I plan on using Service Street going forward for any car repairs.
Service is some of the best I have had. Updates are given, which is not common at most places. The if car is left the checking with you by phone. Good people to deal with and very honest. Could not ask for a better group to deal with.

Bringing my car to Service Street versus the dealership was a pleasant experience. The bill was not, but I believe it was probably much less than had I gone to Ford, and the work needed to be done. Knowing I was making a "road trip" they went over my car top to bottom to assure me everything was in working order and then delivered my car to my house at no charge. Would definitely recommend using Service Street for your car needs.
