Was a vry good service

To my surprise, the reason my oil pressure dropped out was only a shortage of oil due to the length of time I had taken between oil changes. And since I had purchased a five pack previously, the oil change and lube was at no additional cost. To my pleasure, the work was done in a few hours and I had my truck back in no time.

Everyone from the service desk to the mechanic were very friendly and everyone is well dressed. The facility is very clean with a nice waiting room. Even places to sit outdoors and enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend.

Ever since i've been going to Service Street, Josh has been there. He has been reassurring and most of all HONEST! This was my first visit here and I was greatly impressed. First the price was right and the personnel were SO nice. Gentleman immediately took my back and was finished in just a few minutes!! Thanks for great service and friendliness!

It was ok, in past not as busy, but they had donuts, the garabage in small waiting room was packed and almost over flowing, drab room, old magazines.VERY busy day...... staff nice, explained services and options, friendlyI thought would take 20-30 mins took about 1 hour for oil change they offred but did not need to rotate tires, next time I might call, this is 4 -5 time there, busiest ever, so hard compare apples-apples

This was my first visit there and the staff was very polite and gave eme an honest evaluation on my A/C issue. I will definitely make future visits to them!

I was happy to see new management when I took my Murano in. My husband had been in a few days before and told me how much better the new staff is. Chris was very nice and did not try to upsell me on anything except a new oil change contract since this was our last one. He only asked me twice and didn't push it. They rotated the tires which was included in the contract. The only negative was that I asked the mechanic if he reset my oil change reminder and he said yes. He did not, so I had to do it when I got home.
