On September 5th I took my volvo to this repair shop because of a oil leak. I was impress with the service provided,the GM Stephanie,knows her work. and knows what customer service is.She even gave me her personal car to drive around and get my grandson. If you are looking to get your oil change or any other repair. This is it. Just asked for Stephanie, She will take good care of you. JV

Despite having to deal with a less than cooperative extended warranty company, Service Street helped make the entire procedure more tolerable. Their work and time to completion was excellent and I am very pleased both with the quality of work and the competitive pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any type of auto repair service.

Took my Mom's car in for routine oil change and was happy with the service. The 5 oil changes for the price of 3 was a great deal - especially since it applies to all vehicles in the family. I usually perform all the routine maintenance on our vehicles so I tire easily of salespeople trying to over sell services but I did not feel that was the case here. Overall very satisfied.

Positives: In and out quickly, decent value.Negatives: There is always the review of fluids and "we recommend additional services" discussions. Good information to know but sometimes I just want an oil change.

Visited Service Street for the first time yesterday. Had an oil change and emission inspection. Was taken care of promptly and on our way in 30 minutes.

Went in on Saturday, Sept 1, 2012 for an emissions test. Great courtesy and nice greeting upon entering. Technician noticed certain tires were low on air, informed me, and took care of the deficiency. Technician also noticed that windshield wipers were wearing out and suggested replacements. I purchased one of the recommended pairs. Appreciate the notice by the technician on the wipers need but the wipers were sort of expensive. The upside to the wipers is that they have a 3 yr warranty for replacement so that is good. Recommend that you do all of your service needs at Service Street. BR

Took our Suburban to Service Street this past weekend & was so impressed with the service we received. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. They explained the cost and even gave me options to save me money and yet still keep the car running safely. Rare to see a car shop that will go out of their way to save you money & still keep your car running safely.
