Today was my first time coming to Service Street and and had a great experience. I had quite a few things done to my truck and I have to say I'm very pleased with my experience. I will return for sure. Great customer service as well.
Each time we bring our car or truck to be repaired everyone is so professional and communicate all the details of the process
I brought my car in to be evaluated because it had recently had some trouble starting. I hadn’t been to Service Street all year (it’s July now) but the folks there always remember me by name and my vehicle.. I appreciate the personal touch.. You can get your car fixed anywhere, but if you feel ‘special’ as the result of a business’ interaction with you, you are far more apt to return.
Best experience I've had in a automotive repair facility . Jack and his team were super informative and efficient when it came to my vehicle repairs . Not only the took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle , they also demonstrated the parts that failed and prioritized the safety concerns . I will be recommending service street to all my neighbors, friends and family .
