I went in for an oil change and fall checkup. I found out that my serpentine belt was cracking and falling apart. They repaired it promptly and at a reasonable rate.

I got up one morning and my car would not start, I called Service Street they sent a tech to come and try to jump my car, I was told I needed a new battery. While I stayed home the tech drove my car to the shop fixed my car and brought it back to me.. All with NO extra charge. Now that was above and beyond I am great full Service Street is in Snellville.

A service attendant was very prompt in taking my car service order and getting the car into an available service bay. As other customers came into the store, the same attention to detail was offered to them. My car was in and out in approximately 25 minutes or less.

Excellent service, courtious personal, very fast and convienient. I could not be happier and plan on returning for future services.

I appreciate that as a woman I am always treated with respect when I go into Service Street for auto maintenance. I recently went in for one of my discounted, pre-paid oil changes, & they did not try to upsale me or convince me that I needed additional service. They simply did the oil change & sent me on my way. If you want a place where you aren't hassled & you're always treated fairly, then this is the place for you.
