Excellent service. They were fast, courteous and friendly, very reasonably priced.

I needed to get my car's emissions checked for my tag renewal and saw the sign advertising it for $15. I had a busy Saturday ahead of me and Service Street was very convenient so I pulled in. Although they were busy they managed to get my emission testing done in about 20 minutes. The waiting area, while small, was very comfortable and gentleman who was running the office was polite and offered adivse without being too pushy. Overall a great experience. Last year I went to my dealership, also on a Saturday and waited over 2 hours, paid $25, and endured rude treatment. Service Street was definately the right choice and I'm glad I gave them a chance.

I am very pleased to state that "Jeff" from the Snellville location was extremely nice & courteous to me. I contacted the branch yesterday prior to coming in to see if I could still get an Oil Change since it was almost close to closing time and I was afraid he would say, "No". He said yes and was extremely polite, very professional and super friendly and accepted my appointment for the same day. Also, he even offered me a discount on the Oil Change once I arrived but I advised him that I had already had my own coupon to use instead. The service was quick. Quality Customer Service is EVERYTHING to me with a company and makes a difference with my patronage. Thank you, Jeff for being so professional and nice to me on the phone and in person yesterday. I will be back!

Always very courteous and helpful. Clean waiting room. Tells me what additional service may be needed in the future with no pressure tactics.

I have been using Service Street for a couple of years now, always good customer service, quality work and they only repair what needs repairing. Will continue using them for all my automotive repair needs.
