My experience was phenomenal, I have a 2009 E350 and it had a whole lot of problems, mostly stemming from needing a tuneup. I felt so unsafe, they offered to tow it for free, hindsight...I should have let them!!! I was so scared driving that car to the shop I was shaking when I got there, me and the car! $1700 later (which is half the price Mercedes would have charged) I feel so safe in this car and she is purring like a kitten! Thank you Chuck, Eric and anyone else who made my baby feel good again!
