Very professional, walked in on a Saturday . My wheel alignment was completed in less time then discussed. I will have my car serviced here from now on.

Excellent customer service!!! I called that morning and was told to bring my car by for diagnostic evaluation because I had previously taken my car to another facility and had my brakes replaced. However, my brakes were extremely squeaky when backing up. They were very busy when I arrived but the manager (Matthew) still worked my car in. He called me and advised me of the problem but they were able to repair it and get my car back to me on the same day. So I guess I would also have to say they provided speedy and efficient service. “My brakes don’t squeak anymore!” Awesome experience!

I felt that I was receiving special attention for the vehicle service needs that I was asking for, and it turned out to be more than what I was expecting, and the courtesy manner that was provided. So I will be a repeat customer for any future service needs.

This was my first visit to Service Street and I was VERY impressed. The GM Kevin was honest, understanding, and didn't try to upsell me like most service centers do. We will definitely continue to bring our cars to Service Street! Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff, went in to get my oil changed and also found out I needed new brake pads. They topped off all my fluids and rotated my tires, will definitely be back here.
