So I had a coupon and decided to try this place out. Quick. Friendly. Unfortunately we did notice a significant amount of oil drops all over the garage after a few days. Called and went back. They had to redo the oil change but were very quick about it. The manager offered to send someone to my house to clean my garage! I highly recommend these gentlemen and will most certainly go back!

Long story short. 2 misdiagnosis on the car in 1 week that cost me $2,774.88 and never resolved my issues. The clutch pedal still has the vibration and the wheel hub was fixed by someone else. So I originally went in for a noise I was getting from the right passenger wheel. I popped by and they test drove the car complimentary to test the car car out but hey could not hear a or sense the noise coming from the wheel. They said it maybe the road or route I'm driving on. So I paid more attention to where I was driving but the noise continued. Took it in again and this time they told me the noise is being caused because I need a Transmission Flush. I said okay. I took it in and paid $348.45 for a Transmission Flush for a Manual Transmission. Got the car back after the Transmission Flush and the noise was still there! Not only that when i was driving the car back home from their shop I felt the Clutch Pedal different. It felt weaker and a vibration coming the pedal. So I called in about it and they said they would check it out. They found the clutch was fine and had plenty of life in it. So I kept driving and day later the Clutch Pedal got worse. So I took the car back and they said they could just replace the clutch and it would be like new again. So I said if that will fix it, please do. Paid $2,426.43 for the service. Well the vibration off the pedal is still there and the wheel noise never got fixed by them. Just took the car in for the wheel noise again and got it fixed because it was a Wheel Hub Assembly that cost me $464.48. Long story short. 2 misdiagnosis on the car in 1 week that cost me $2,774.88 and never resolved my issues. The clutch pedal still has the vibration.

Probably my 5th time doing business with Service Street, customer service and pricing couldn’t be better. Kevin is always happy to work with you to get your business and really tries to serve the customer. Have already recommended to several friends and family members.

Really really really a great shop I took my Suns 1993 Chevy pick up in thinking major damage going onthe quickest that mean you're really was just a water pump and they can get it fixed that day for way less than I expected they really gave me a great deal which I really appreciate it due to the fact that my money is very short at the moment because I'm out of work I would definitely recommend this place and I definitely will be going back myself ... Great shop, they seem to really care about their customers. I would recommend if your looking for an honest trustworthy mechanic to help you with your vehicle issues.

Ive only been a few times but today, when I needed them, they were there for me. Not only did they take care of my car problem immediately, they didn't charge me. (It was a small job, but it was definitely a safety issue). I tried to even give the mechanic a tip and he refused. He stated that they wanted their customers to be safe, be happy and be return customers. I am now driving safely. I am happy, and I will not only be a return customer, I will recommend them to my friends. I'd give them 10 stars for today if I could.
