I brought a vehicle to Service Street for a pre purchase inspection before buying the car. The second they lifted the car they were able to spot a number of issues with the vehicle. I was Dl absolutely saved from purchasing a vehicle that would have coat a fortune to repair over time. Considering how quick they spotted these issues they were so kind as to waive the 89.99 pre inspection cost!!! I was saved a Lot of money because of Service Street Auto Repair yesterday. Very professional and personable also.

So I do like Service street in Norcross, however they did a excellent job with the spark plugs for my car on a high note they did use spark plugs I only wanted on their if one broke and the set but one was put on so I was a little upset about that I will have to call them and discuss this. Regardless they do still get a recommendation from me.

The service managers here have integrity and really care about their customers. They know the mechanics and are able to translate issues in understandable way. It is so much more relaxing here than at a dealership. I would refer Service Street to everyone. And Nick is outstanding as a service manager!

Well, all appears to be up to top standards. I still have a light warning on my tires after having my tires rotated.

We had to have the oil changed in my husband car. We got there and they were busy. We were willing to wait. Next thing I know the car was in the work area and they were changing the oil. We were surprised and happy. They were done in no time. As always they did a great job. We have all of our.car repairs done at Service Street.
